Questions
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The work happens inside this browser tab, so your files never leave your device and no server sees them. Closing the tab clears them from memory.
What stays in each part?
Each part keeps its pages as they are, including web links and notes. Bookmarks and links to pages in other parts are left out. Hidden content on a page stays with that page, so splitting is not redaction.
What are the limits?
One PDF up to 20 MB and 2,000 pages, split into at most 100 parts at a time. PDFs locked with a password, signed PDFs, fillable forms and PDFs with attached files cannot be split here.
